Currently an Assistant Professor of Marketing at the University
of South Florida, Jim Curran has over 29 years of experience working and
researching in the field of marketing. His research interests include services
marketing, customer loyalty, the use of technologies in marketing, and customer
relationship management. The results of his research have been presented
nationally and internationally and his work has been published in the Journal
of Service Research, Journal of Services Marketing, Psychology &
Marketing, and Journal for the Marketing of Higher Education. Dr.
Curran holds a Ph.D. in Business Administration/Marketing and an M.B.A from the
University of Rhode Island and a B.A. in Mathematics from Fordham University.
