Marketing and Strategic Management
Autobiographical Note:
Dr. Noel Mark Noël has served with full faculty status of the University of Wisconsin-Eau Claire, The University of Kentucky - Lexington, Marquette University in Milwaukee, Wisconsin, Loyola University of Chicago, Indiana University Northwest, and currently at the University of South Florida - all are AASCB accredited.
He received his Doctorate of Business Administration (D.B.A.) from the University of Kentucky – Lexington and latter joined the business faculty. Dr. Noël was principal and owner of BrandMetrics, Inc. - a sales/marketing consulting and research based company in Chicago, Illinois. His client successes included DDBO, Needham Advertising, Hershey, Leaf Confectionery, NutraSweet, Sanford Writing Instruments, LaSalle Bank, and AMOCO.
His research interests are focused primarily on the measurement of quality, product design, benchmarking quality improvement programs, and consumer price perceptions. He has published numerous articles, proceedings, and presented papers at professional conferences.
He currently teaches a variety of undergraduate Marketing and MBA courses and the capstone interdisciplinary Strategic Management and Business Policy. Dr. Noel is a graduate of the Greater Sarasota Chamber of Commerce's Leadership Sarasota County program and actively serves on a number of Chamber councils where he is the Director of Business Resource Development.
