Spring 2008 Aerobics Schedule* Pilates:
Tues and Thurs 2-3pm Belly Dancing: Tues 5-6pm Martial Arts: Tues 6-7pm Fencing: Wednesdays 2-4pm Tai Chi: Wednesdays 6-8pm Salsa Dancing: Thursdays 330-430pm Breakdancing: Thursdays 430-530pm Yoga: Sundays 4-6pm
*We are currently offering a special Pilates Class on the USF Sarasota Campus…please see details below! Hillary Bardwell who in her spare time is a certified Pilates instructor has agreed to offer a beginners Pilates class.
All classes will run between 12 Noon and 1:00 p.m.

Auditorium Please wear comfortable clothes. Bring a yoga mat and a (beach) towel with you.
