About the Learning Resource Center

 

                                 

 

The mission of the University of South Florida Sarasota-Manatee Learning Resource Center is to provide free support services, resources and programs to enhance the academic performance and learning experience of our students.  The Center’s primary goal is to help USF Sarasota-Manatee students achieve their academic and life goals. This online center provides access to information and videos developed by other university learning centers and educational organizations.

Learning resources include:
Test Preparation/After Test
Learning Strategies
Study Skills
Note Taking and Comprehension
Reading Comprehension
Memory
Time Management
Stress Management
Writing-Grammar, Vocabulary, Spelling
Writing/Research

The USF Sarasota-Manatee Writing Center is also staffed part-time by Ms. Danita Feinberg, our Writing Specialist.

Hours for the Writing Specialist
Mondays 9 am to noon
Wednesdays 4:30 to 7:30 pm
