OASIS

(Online Access Student Information System)

This is a must! This site contains Announcements; Secured Access to Registrations, Financial Aid, etc.;  General Access to Course Schedules and Searches, Undergraduate and Graduate Catalogs, Academic Calendar, Campus Computing, Campus E-Mail Listing, etc.; and e-mail addresses for Technical, Registration, Grade, PIN, and other questions.


University Network Access

Activate your University E-mail account and get a Net ID here! You must have a Photo ID. Remember to bring $10 (cash or check, only) to Orientation to have your ID made during the session. If you do not have your photo ID made during Orientation, visit Cashier's Office (Building A of the Modulars), Monday through Friday, 8:30am to 5:00pm.

Disability Services

If you have special needs, please do not hesitate to contact Pat Lakey, Coordinator of Disabilities and Diversity, at (941) 359-4714, or via e-mail at plakey@sar.usf.edu. Ms. Lakey is located in the Modulars (USS 805-C) on the east side of Route 41 (past the gas station and on your left.

 


Counseling and Wellness Center

Medical Services: Medical services are available Monday through Friday, 1:30 - 4:30 p.m. during the Fall & Spring terms at Parkview House. A nurse practitioner, Linda Marsh, is available on site.  Dr. Ed Carlstrom is available as well at his office at St. Armand's Medical Center.  Flu shots and immunizations are readily available. Standard office visits are free and students receive a discount on lab and other tests.  For an appointment, call (941) 487-4254.  There are no Health Services available during the Summer term or over the winter break.

 

Health Insurance: Health insurance for students is available through USF/Tampa, Student Government. Packets of information can be picked up in Parkview House and Student Affairs in Hamilton Center.

 

Immunization: Bring documentation to Parkview House for clearance to register for classes. Also, measles and MMR shots are available during the Fall & Spring terms. For current regulations on what you need, go to http://shsweb.shs.usf.edu/forms/ImmForm.pdf.

International students are required to attend an additional orientation in Tampa.  Please refer to the International Admissions website.  It is extremely important to adhere to these guidelines.
