Complete Immunization Records. Questions? Visit or call Counseling and Wellness Center ("Parkview House") at (941) 487-4254. Failure to complete this step can result in a registration hold on your records and you will be dropped from all classes.

Register for Classes. At certain Orientation sessions new students are permitted to register after the session. If, during check-in, you received a waiver form by Counseling and Wellness, it is imperative that you register AT ORIENTATION to ensure that you are not inhibited by any holds.

Send an official, FINAL transcript, reflecting degree statement, if applicable, from all colleges and universities you have attended to our official address (below).

Purchase Photo ID. A must for all students on campus. You can purchase your Photo ID in the Business Office (B116 off the Main Rotunda of the USF Campus Center), Monday through Friday, 8:30 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. Special Note: USF has instituted its new USF-ID program, replacing Social Security Numbers as identifying numbers with a number that begins with a 'U.' It is important that you know this number (IDs issued after August 1, 2005 will have this number on them.)

Purchase Parking Decal. Required by the second week of classes. You can purchase your Parking Decal at the Business Office (B116 off the Main Rotunda of the USF Campus Center) Monday through Friday, 8:30 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. Note that there will be extended hours during the first week of class.

Purchase Textbooks. Bookstore is located on US 41 at the end of Bayshore Drive. Call (941) 355-5252.

Pay for classes no later than 5:00 p.m. on the fifth day of the first week of classes. You can pay on line via OASIS or visit the Business Office (B116 off the Main Rotunda of the USF Campus Center). Late payment will result in a $100.00 Late Fee.
