Deadlines for submission are as follows;

Fall Quarter - July 6, 2008

Winter Quarter - October 12, 2008

Spring Quarter - January 30, 2009

(6 to 8 weeks preferred); 1 1/2 hours each meeting

Caution!! You will also need to complete a Program Quarter Form. (Please see left hand column) There is a form for each quarter of the year. If you wish to teach more than one quarter please complete a form for each term. If the information in your course description is the same just write the word same on it. Please note any change in book titles or readings. Note after you have submitted this form please click Return to Form and complete a Quarter form for each quarter you plan to teach.
