Toni received a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from the University of South Florida Sarasota-Manatee. She is currently enrolled in the Master of Arts for Counselor Education at USF Tampa.  

For six years, she held the position of Career Advisor at Manatee Community College (MCC). At MCC, she served on the Student Services Professional Development Team, Faculty Professional Development Team, OTA/PTA Advisory Committee and Alternative Teacher’s Program Advisory Committee. USF Committees - Co-chair the University Feel Committee.

Prior to MCC, she was employed by the Suncoast Workforce Development Board (SWDB) in the School-to-Work initiative and Jobs for Florida’s Graduate program. She serves on the First Jobs First Wages committee with the SWDB and the Manatee Adolescent Treatment Services Advisory Committee.
