The American
Institute of Certified Public Accountants (AICPA) web site contains
a student section with helpful research materials and the latest success
stories. Student membership applications are also available. AICPA web

The
Florida Institute of Certified Public Accountants (FICPA) is the
state organization for our profession. The FICPA has an excellent rate
for student memberships, and the Gulf Coast Chapter is eager for
students to join and get involved in the local area.

PLEASE NOTE: students can
attend meetings of the Gulf Coast Chapter for only $10, even if they

Meetings normally are held the first Tuesday of each month (except

Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) site contains the latest
regulatory actions and interpretations, as well as access to the famous
EDGAR database, a very useful tool for researching publicly traded
