The University of South Florida provides employees the opportunity to participate in a variety of benefit programs.  All insurance programs are voluntary and include pre-tax and post-tax options. All employees are required to participate in one of three retirement plans.

Pre-Tax Information: Please note that health insurance deduction will be post-tax deductions for the first 60 days of enrollment.  All subsequent health  deductions will be pre-tax.  All supplemental plans are pre-tax upon enrollment.
