The Institute for Public Policy and Leadership (IPPL) at the University of South Florida Sarasota-Manatee is a knowledge resource, broker, and facilitator.  With the vast academic resources available through its affiliation with USF and its location in the Gulfcoast community, IPPL guides the dialogue about relevant policy issues at the local, regional, and national levels.  IPPL presents lecture series, policy forums, and seminars to achieve its goals.  Additionally, the Institute disseminates information, research, and findings through its publications, which include newsletters, policy briefs, opinion pieces, and white papers. 

IPPL is currently focused on initiatives which include Civility in Democracy, development and growth in the Sunshine State, and the current crisis in the health care industry.
