Video Conferencing

Instructional Technology Services provides video conference facilities and support.  We currently have one fully installed conference room (B240) featuring all the technology found in our classrooms, in addition to dual cameras, an integrated microphone and a LCD monitor.  We also provide two portable receive video conference units that can be set up in any classroom.

How do I get started?

The process to establish a video conference with another site is as follows:

• ITS must know which campus or department you are connecting with
• If it is an outside organization ITS must be provided with an IP address
• A NEO request has to be submitted 24 hours in advance
