Local students and job seekers search for jobs at USF Sarasota-Manatee career fair
SARASOTA, FL (March 21, 2009) – In a tight economy, students and the public will attend a Career Networking Fair hosted by USF Sarasota-Manatee, hoping to find a local employer to connect with.
Full and part-time positions and internships will be available at the Fair, which will be held Weds., March 25 from 2:30 p.m. to 6:00 p.m. at the Selby Auditorium on the USF Sarasota-Manatee campus.
The Fair is open to the public for anyone who wants to explore academic programs in the College of Arts and Sciences, College of Business, College of Education, College of Nursing, College of Engineering, and the School of Hotel and Restaurant Management.
Three workshops will be available at the Career Fair:
How to Reinvent Yourself, 3:00 p.m. in room C203
Financial Aid 101, 4:30 p.m. in room C203
MBA Informational Session, 5:00 p.m. in room C203
Attendees should wear business attire and bring several copies of their resume.
