Jackson Hewitt recognized for their commitment to higher education at USF Sarasota-Manatee

 

SARASOTA, FL (April 1, 2009) – Representatives from Jackson Hewitt Tax Service were recently invited to a reception in honor of the company’s commitment to education.

Jackson Hewitt has been providing need-based scholarships for students at the University of South Florida Sarasota-Manatee since 2002.  Attending USF Sarasota-Manatee graduates thanked Jackson Hewitt for making a difference in their lives and enabling them to finish their college degrees.

Faculty, staff and graduates of the University of South Florida Sarasota-Manatee met with Jackson Hewitt representatives to recognize the company’s commitment to higher education through philanthropy and scholarship.  Since 2002, Jackson Hewitt has provided financial aid to deserving students pursuing a bachelor’s or master’s degree.
